Refund policy

We hope you’ll love your Hairliven order but if you want to return any of it we will happily refund you for any items you return to us in an unused and resalable condition within 14 days of receipt.

Returned items must be unused and in their original sealed packaging. We will send you an e-mail to notify you when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 7 working days from receipt of this email for this credit to appear on your account.

Before returning please email customerservice@hairliven.com for your returns authorisation number.

Make sure that you get a proof of postage receipt from the post office.
